The Big Game Friday Night

The Warren Lumberjacks will host the Joe T. Robinson Senators Friday night, November 25th at Jim Hurley, Jr. Stadium in what many Arkansas High School experts consider to be the game of the 4A playoffs to this point.

Robinson is an outstanding team, and Warren comes into the game 12-0, having gone through the regular season undefeated and winning the first two rounds of the playoffs. The Lumberjacks have accomplished this feat, despite a record number of injuries experienced throughout the year, including the loss of three very good players for the year.

Robinson has lost only to Nashville earlier in the year in a close hard fought game.  They have several potential D-1 and D-2 prospects.  A large crowd is expected to be on hand for the contest.

According to Lumberjack Head Coach Bo Hembree, the Jacks are sticking to their regular routine practice schedule for the week, even though school is dismissed for Thanksgiving.  He said it is a privilege to still be playing this time of year and he believes the Warren kids will play hard and be focused.  He stated the game will be a big challenge.
